Rambutan Jam

Get spooky with this fun, kid-friendly jam!


  1. Cut open rambutan. Remove fruit from inside. Slice fruit in half to remove the inner seed. Repeat with all rambutan.
  2. Place fruit flesh into a blender with water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour pureed rambutan into a small saucepan. Add cornstarch, sugar, food dye, and cinnamon stick.
  4. Bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve on toast with optional candy eyeballs.
