Roasted red cabbage and goat cheese, oh my! Transform your cabbage and create this perfect side dish in only 15 minutes.


  1. Preheat oven to 400◦. Slice red cabbage into ½-inch-thick slices, cut from a whole cabbage. Place cabbage “steaks” on parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush or mist sliced cabbage with extra virgin olive oil, season with sea salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes until cabbage is nicely wilted.
  2. Once the cabbage is cooked, transfer to the serving dish. Drizzle with aged balsamic vinegar and finish with crumbled goat cheese and garnish with parsley to serve.
