Sarah is an accomplished dietitian and wellness presenter with extensive experience creating, implementing and directing dietary initiatives and nutrition communications in the retail food industry. She has been awarded over six consecutive years by the Utah Worksite Wellness Council for employee health and wellbeing programming. Sarah is also recognized for promoting wellness on live TV, social media, and print media.
Sarah received a bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Indiana University. When’s she’s not helping people discover their own health and wellness, you can find her discovering her own by mountain biking, running, hiking, or cooking.
